    Place your order directly here in the webshop or via e-mail, phone, video meeting or visit the store in Torrevieja. After ordering in the webshop, we will contact you to confirm delivery.

  • 3. Wait for delivery or collection

    Products that are in stock can often be picked up immediately or delivered within a week. Ordered goods can be picked up or delivered as soon as they reach us.

How is the payment made?

When the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation with payment details if you wish to pay directly. Otherwise, we will send a final invoice at the latest when the order arrives at our store warehouse. Payment is made directly to our bank account via your bank. Of course, we also accept card payments in the store if you are there. Please note that fully paid order is a prerequisite for delivery or collection.

When should we pay?

You will receive an order confirmation immediately when the order is placed with our payment details. If you want, you pay immediately or you wait until the products are in place at our warehouse in Spain. When the products arrive at the store, an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Completed order is a prerequisite for delivery or collection.

How do I order?

We accept orders directly here in our online store, by phone, e-mail, video meeting or by visiting our store in Torrevieja. After placing the order in the online store, we will contact you to confirm delivery.

What is a NIE number?

NIE number stands for "Número de Identificación de Extranjero", is an identification number for foreign nationals in Spain. This number is assigned to foreigners who need to carry out various official activities in the country, such as buying real estate, opening bank accounts or being employed. Why should we provide NIE numbers when purchasing?

The Spanish government requires us as a company to provide NIE numbers to all customers who shop for a total of over €3,000 during a year.

From experience, we know that this amount limit can change over the years, so we always ask for a NIE number regardless of the amount for the first purchase.

Only the person on the order needs to provide a NIE number.

How do I get my NIE number?

The application for a NIE number can be made either at the Spanish embassy in the home country or at a Spanish police station for those already in Spain.

Delivery and collection

How long is the delivery time?

If the product is in stock with us in Spain, the product can be collected in principle immediately. If you want delivery, we will arrange home delivery within a week.

Products marked with Fast delivery are in stock for immediate pickup or delivery.

If the product is not in stock, the delivery time varies slightly depending on the supplier, but the approximate delivery time is:
Beds : 4-8 weeks
Sofas : 2-4 weeks
Outdoor furniture : 2-3 weeks
Other furniture (e.g. tables and chairs): 1-2 weeks

How much does the delivery cost?

Home delivery with collection costs from €40 and up depending on the distance from our store warehouse. See all zones and prices further down the page.

Assembly can be selected for the desired products in the delivery for €10 per product.

How far away do you deliver?

There is really no limit to how far we can deliver. For longer distances - contact us for price information .

Is it possible to collect the products from you?

It is perfectly possible to pick up the item yourself in the store! Of course it is free of charge.

Is collection included in the delivery?

Yes! All of our home deliveries are full-service deliveries where products are brought in to the location you specify.

Do you take old furniture for recycling?

Absolutely! Our delivery department takes your old furniture for a fee that is paid to the delivery staff on site.

How does delivery work if I don't get access to my house on time?

We need to have an open dialogue throughout the process so we avoid your order being left in stock in Spain. On the occasions it occurs despite dialogue, etc., we resolve it of course and store the furniture in our warehouse in the store.

Our stock is not very large, so you need to be as clear as possible about when you can receive your order.
